    Mental Health Therapy

    Addressing your mental health needs through Walk + Talk, Telehealth, or a hybrid approach, this partnership assists those with a current or recurrent mental health diagnosis using evidence-based techniques and tools. Available in Colorado (Walk + Talk and Telehealth) and Pennsylvania (Telehealth ONLY).

    Typical Session Length: 55 Minutes

    Onboarding Session: $175
    55 Minute Session (Telehealth or Walk + Talk): $150
    30 Minute Check-In (Telehealth Only): $80
